b'2021 Community Association of the Year AwardClearwater Cascade HOA is an estab-lished cooperative that has done somuch to enhance the curb appeal forresidents and guests. The communityspirit and volunteer participation is sec-ond to none. The board of directors andmanager, Jane Jarlinski, worked togetherto install an access control system oncommon area facilities and painted allfacilities. They replaced the bocce court,had new concrete coating on all side-walks and walkways, and created a but-terfly garden. Clearwater Cascade hasbeen a member of Suncoast CAI for twoyears and the nine-member board hasattended a number of breakfasts andtraining meetings. The comments from the homeown-ers who enjoy living at ClearwaterCascade HOA expressed the same senti-ment: Why do we loveClearwater Cascade? The simpleanswer: Whats not to love? Theclimate, the people, the activi-ties, and the pristine beauty ofthe park are second to none.There is nothing better!
